For years we introduced ourselves the way most suppliers do: which screens we make, which specifications, which prices, how many days to ship. That approach sells products, but it never explains why we are worth working with — and it never conveys what we have learned on real projects: how to choose the right configuration, and how to handle structure, power, control, installation and delivery.
Arclumin was created at that turning point — the shift from “what we sell” to “how we help you deliver the project”. We want to change how customers get to know us: fewer adjectives and empty promises; instead, real configurations, engineering details, test procedures and delivery information, so that you can judge with evidence in hand.
Product information in the LED display industry is completely transparent. In an hour you can find dozens of suppliers and collect catalogues and quotations that all look alike. But the same product name does not mean the same configuration; identical figures on paper do not mean the same performance or stability; and “fully customizable” does not mean anyone has understood your structure, power, control and installation. What customers actually lack is a partner who can make the project clear.
A screen leaving the factory is not a finished project. If cabinet dimensions do not match the site, the control system is incompatible, power distribution was never planned, there is no room to install, or no spare parts were prepared, the cost of rework is usually far higher than whatever was saved at purchase. Competition is no longer only about product and price — it is about whether delivery is reliable, engineering is solid, the supporting work is complete, and the scope is clear.
Many overseas projects are completed without the customer ever inspecting on site or meeting us face to face. “Please trust us” means nothing. Customers need to see real projects, real configurations, engineering drawings, test procedures, packing methods and shipping records. What we say does not matter; what we can show does.
We manufacture complete LED display systems in our own facility — component customization, assembly, system integration, quality testing, and delivery. This gives us direct control over lead times, material quality, and after-sales accountability. When we commit to a 12-day production schedule, we mean it.
We are not a catalog supplier. We engineer solutions that fit your actual project — your budget, your site, your timeline.
